The IQ BackOffice servers reside in a state-of-the-art
data center that provides the physical environment necessary to
keep servers up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Data Center - These facilities are custom-designed
with raised floors, HVAC temperature control systems with separate
cooling zones, and seismically braced racks. They offer the
widest range of physical security features, including state-of-the-art
smoke detection and fire suppression systems, motion sensors and
24x7 secured access, as well as video camera surveillance and security
breach alarms. Within this facility, the highest levels of
reliability are delivered through a number of redundant subsystems,
such as multiple fiber trunks coming into the data center from multiple
sources, fully redundant power on the premises and multiple back-up
generators.
Network Design and Architecture - IQ BackOffice
stays at the forefront of new developments in network design and
architecture, ensuring that we maintain state-of-the-art scalability,
reliability and performance.
Monitoring and Maintenance - Network and servers
are monitored on a 24x7 basis. If a problem is detected, an
engineer will immediately be notified to determine the cause of
the problem and its resolution.
Managed Firewall - The IQ BackOffice servers
reside behind a state-of-the-art firewall. All upgrades or fixes
are applied as needed to improve the security and performance of
the firewall. Firewall monitoring includes log file scanning
to detect the signature of repeated attempts at unauthorized access.
Backup and off-site storage - Client data resides
on a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device and is backed up on a
nightly basis and archived weekly off-site. Backups are maintained
on a two-week rotating cycle. |
