IQ BackOffice has developed a
proprietary system to manage business processes together with our
clients called Archimedes™. Archimedes™ provides real-time
status on each and every transaction that we process as ell as the
overall process. Archimedes™ is completely web-based and
resides either as a hosted solution or can reside internally on a
client's network.
Archimedes™ allows
for automated routing of transactions for approval and exception
resolution, real-time inquiry into the status of any transaction and
the overall process, and enhanced internal controls and management
control. Images of all transactions are available at a click,
as well as full audit trails and other information.
Archimedes™ is
provided with any of our services and can be used by an unlimited
number of client personnel anywhere in the world.
Archimedes™ has
been developed using Microsoft products such as
Visual Studio and runs on Windows Server 2008 and SQL
Server 2005. Archimedes™ also uses Microsoft
SQL Reporting as its reporting engine.

continually enhanced to provide our clients with the latest
capabilities and performance.
